We’ll look to you to manage your customers’ wealth portfolios – and act as a conduit between the customer and our service offerings. It’s a role which depends very much on your ability to develop trust, and build the relationship so that the customer feels special every step of the way.
You’ll have somewhere between 300 and 350 customers, and seek to add to them either by referrals or identifying opportunities within the branch, possibly from your specialist colleagues. You’ll have to have at least one face to face meeting with them each year, and a few phone conversations too.
Prove yourself, and in 18 months you could become an Area Manager. And that’s not all – opportunities to work abroad are a very real possibility, or you could opt to progress into a regulated financial role.
