£18,955 – £22,000* per annum, monthly incentive scheme plus benefits

Our Personal Bankers draw on all the expertise available within their branch to offer products and services that snugly fit each customer’s financial needs. In fact, that’s what being a successful Personal Banker at Barclays is all about.
You’ll build trusted relationships with customers so you develop a very individual understanding of how we can help them. You’ll then work in close collaboration with the other specialists in your branch to make it happen.
It means showing us that you know how to deliver great customer service while also identifying sales opportunities so you can meet and beat your targets. Your outstanding interpersonal skills should be backed by a broad knowledge of banking products and services. After all, it’s only by doing the right thing for customers the first time that they’ll come back for a second.
